•  The president of Medical Corporation, Seifuhkai, Dr. Hideo Takahashi has been devoted himself to provide better healthcare to foreign patients since he opened the clinic in 1987. Foreign workers in Japan have doubled to 1.10 million people in 2016 compared with 1990. Especially in the past 4 years, 100,000 forreigners increased in number every year. With the increase of foreignes the number of foreign patients with various kinds of medical problems are emerging.

  Dr. Hideo Takahashi has been providing better healthcare to foreigners who need to solve the medical problems.

  In collaboration with the researchers in Tsukuba University School of Medicine in Ibaraki prefecture in Japan specializing to language communication study since 2001, the president of Medical Corporation, Seifuhkai, Dr. Hideo Takahashi and co-workers presented in international and domestic medical conferences. They joined the meetings of International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare in Kuala Lumpur in August 2017 and in Amsterdam in 2018 on various problems and their solusions about healthcare of foreigners who need medical treatments. In this study we analyze and discuss how to improve and solve the problems to provide more reliable medical cares based on our experience accumulated during 25 years since opening to establish a better relationship between medical providers and foreign patients through the intervention of an university researcher who is a specialist on the subjects of community and market.
